  • Brewing Suggestions: We recommend using spring or filtered water. Heat water to boiling (212F/100C). 10g of tea per 6oz of water. Rinse tea before first steep. First steep for 10-20 seconds. Add 5-10 seconds for each additional steep.

2016 Ai Lao Shan Raw Puer

  • Very pleasant to drink from the first cup to the last. Good body, structure, flavor and finish.
  • Tasting Notes: Prominent vegetal and floral notes, with hints of honey and tobacco.
  • Origin: Qian Jia Zhai, Pu'er Prefecture, Yunnan Province, China


More of a crowd pleaser than our Bu Lan Shan. Very pleasant to drink from the first cup to the last. Good body, structure, flavor and finish. Prominent vegetal and floral notes, with hints of honey and tobacco.


2016 Nan Nuo Shan Raw Puer

  • Very pleasant to drink from the first cup to the last. Makes a nice daily drinker.
  • Tasting Notes: Notes of bitter greens and dried papaya. Slight huigan (returning sweentess, used to refer to the lingering sweetness found in the back of the throat) and a good kick.
  • Origin: Ban Po Xin Zhai, Xishuangbanna Prefecture, Yunnan Province, China


2017 Yi Wu Raw Puer

  • A prime example of a young sheng that has a great pleasing flavor which develops over multiple infusions as described in the tasting notes below.
  • Tasting Notes: The initial cups start with vegetal, floral and tobacco notes, followed in later cups by spice, vanilla and legume.  Good lingering sweetness with an apricot finish.
  • Origin: Yi Wu Zheng Shang, Xishuangbanna Prefecture, Yunnan Province, China
